LeanIn Jersey CI

Welcome to LeanIn Jersey! I have established this circle after finding motivation, inspiration and guidance from Sheryl Sandberg's book 'Lean In' and from speaking with LeanIn London and Belfast about their circles. The aim of the Jersey circle is to provide a forum for women to support each other in our development within the workplace, to actively encourage and challenge Jersey government, organisations and schools to promote and support young women wishing to enter the workplace. To provide training and professional development, as well as networking opportunities for those involved. To inspire and encourage each other when we face those difficult conversations, deal with challenges in the work place and maybe just have a bad day! Above all I hope it is somewhere we can find collective support, encouragement and development. Be bold, aim higher & learn to drop the ball.
